Unc is an AI entertainment and search service run by Nimbus Blue. His replies come from an AI language model and can be wrong, out of date, or made up. They are not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice: check anything important with a qualified person, and in an emergency contact local emergency services.

You must be 13 or older, or the age of digital consent where you live.

Don't use Unc to harass or threaten anyone, create sexual content involving minors, plan violence or crime, get instructions for weapons, drugs, or malware, commit fraud, or impersonate others. Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or trick the service or its instructions. Automated or bot access isn't allowed.

We may refuse requests, limit how fast you can ask, log activity, and suspend or end access that looks abusive or unlawful. Unc is software, not a person. You're responsible for what you ask and what you do with the answers.

Credit packs: $1.99 (USD) buys 200 credits. Each successful reply from Unc — spoken aloud or shown as text — uses one credit. Unused credits don't expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Packs are non-refundable except where the law requires. If something is wrong with a charge, email support@nimbusblue.com.

The service is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses from using it. We may update these terms and will ask you to accept again when we do.

We collect your name and email (typed in, or from Google if you choose Continue with Google; we never see your Google password), when you accepted these terms, your IP address and browser info, and what you say or type to Unc.

We use it to run the service, remember your conversation, keep out bots and abuse, and send optional updates or marketing, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Chats and IP logs are deleted after 10 days. If you buy a credit pack, your saved chats are kept while you have credits left and for 30 days after your last one. Your name, email, when you accepted these terms and what you bought are kept on file until you ask us to remove them. Logs help us review ethically concerning use.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your email and payment details under Stripe's privacy policy.

Your messages are processed by AI models, on our own server or through our model provider. We don't sell your data or use your chats to train models.

Bot checks use Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees your IP address and browser signals under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Ads (Google AdSense, when enabled) may set cookies to show and measure ads under Google's policies.

A cookie on your device holds an anonymous session id (not your name or email) for 10 days after your last visit, so you can come straight back. Scripts on the page cannot read it.
